(GAIF-CDC)

Study, Analysis, Predictions and Education of:

Weather & Climatic Changes, Nuclear & Natural Disasters, Space Disasters and Space Science

Fiji's first ever scientific institute to promote Space Science and Geo Science to students, public and Govt..

Our upcoming project "Fiji Space Center" facility will be a learning/educational center for school students of all ages. University students will greatly benefit from it as well.

Affiliated to: SPACE FOUNDATION WORLD HQ, (ISRO, NASA, SPACE-X, JAXA, NOAA, USGS, ESA,SETI)

Fiji Space Center (FSC) is an educational arm of GAIF-CDC. It will be maintained and operated by GAIF-CDC's self funding and also with fundings, donations, sponsorships and aid by various businesses, institutions & governments.

A good amount of climate change information will be posted here soon, until we have a dedicated website for GAIF. Once the website is up, a great deal of information will be posted in it for students, educators and general public as well.

'Send Your Name' Placard Attached to Perseverance

A placard commemorating NASA's "Send Your Name to Mars" campaign was installed on the Perseverance Mars rover on March 16, 2020, at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Three fingernail-sized chips affixed to the upper-left corner of the placard feature the names of 10,932,295 people who participated. They were individually stenciled onto the chips by electron beam.

GAIF-CDC managed to send a few names to NASA for this project. A total of 473 names from Fiji were sent to NASA. We hope in near future more people (Students) will participate.
Below are the Boarding Pass for this Perseverance Mission and Future Missions that are awarded by NASA when someone participates in their Space Mission. We hope more people can participate and get one for themselves. Contact us HERE if you are interested in participating!
